Social Media can be a great space to connect with friends, family, be creative, share pictures, raise awareness, and find great recipes 😉. Social Media can also be a very harmful place, no matter your age. Social Media can be the source of cyberbullying, depression, anxiety, self-consciousness, and feeling inadequate about your looks or your life. It is so easy to say "oh get off your phone", but social media is addictive. Screen Time makes you want your phone more and taking someone's phone away makes them only think of getting it back, so what is a healthy and effective way to kick the addiction? Finding a hobby!
